Eligibility & Expectations

Ages 11–24

Applicants must fall within the program’s focus range, ensuring support is provided at key stages of development from early youth through young adulthood.

Demonstrate Need, Effort, and Commitment

Applicants should show a genuine need for support and a willingness to put in the effort required to reach their goals. This program is designed for those who are ready to take action.

Participate in Scheduled Check-Ins or Sessions

Participants are expected to attend regular check-ins, study sessions, or program activities to stay on track and receive continued support.

Communicate Consistently with Program Staff

Open and consistent communication is important. Participants should respond to outreach, provide updates, and stay connected throughout the program.

Show Accountability and Dedication to Personal Growth

Participants are expected to take responsibility for their progress, remain focused on their goals, and actively work toward improvement and long-term success.

Support Is Based on Need and Commitment

All support is awarded based on demonstrated need, level of commitment, and available resources. Priority is given to individuals who show effort, consistency, and a clear desire to grow.

Ongoing Participation Is Required

Continued support depends on active participation in the program. This includes attending check-ins, staying engaged, and maintaining communication to ensure progress and success.

Support May Include Direct Payments or Financial Assistance

Assistance may be provided through direct payments toward approved expenses such as tuition, certification fees, books, or essential resources. In some cases, limited financial assistance may be provided directly to support urgent or necessary needs.
