Bed Assistance Program Application

Please complete the application below to request a free twin bed for a child in need.

Our team will review your request and may follow up for additional information.

3. Eligibility confirmation

If your household meets current program guidelines and resources are available, we will move forward with next steps.

4. Delivery or coordination

If approved, our team will coordinate the appropriate support based on program availability.

Bed Assistance Program Application

Grounded & Divine Foundation’s Bed Assistance Program provides free twin beds and complete sleep setups for children in need who do not currently have a bed of their own.

Each approved delivery may include a twin bed frame, mattress, mattress cover, pillow(s), bedding, and sleep essentials.

Because beds are hand-built and demand is high, approved families may be placed on a waitlist and contacted as beds become available.

Please list the full name and age of each child who needs a bed.

Please briefly describe the need and share anything we should know for delivery, including where the child is currently sleeping, whether there is space for a twin bed, and any apartment number, gate code, stairs, or special instructions.
