Grounded & Divine Foundation was built from lived experience, real community connection, and a commitment to show up where support is needed most. What began with feeding families, organizing cleanups, and helping however we could has grown into a mission centered on youth development, family support, and stronger communities.

Our Story
Grounded & Divine Foundation was created from a simple belief: people should not have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Across the Mississippi Delta, too many youth and families are working hard to move forward while facing barriers such as limited opportunity, unstable resources, lack of guidance, and few positive pathways.
We exist to help close that gap through practical support, consistent encouragement, youth development, workforce preparation, family stability, and community-rooted projects that create visible change.
Our Mission
Grounded & Divine Foundation builds stronger youth and safer communities by connecting young people and families to leadership, education, workforce pathways, stability supports, and meaningful opportunities to serve and grow.
Who we serve
We primarily serve youth and young adults ages 11 to 24, along with families and community members connected to their success. Our work is centered in Clarksdale and Coahoma County and reaches across the Mississippi Delta through partnerships and community-based activities.

Our approach
We do not believe in one-size-fits-all help. We listen, identify barriers, connect people to appropriate support, and build programs that are practical, respectful, and accountable to the community.
Leadership and governance
Grounded & Divine Foundation is governed by a board of directors and led by an Executive Director. Our leadership is responsible for program oversight, financial stewardship, compliance, partnerships, and mission alignment.
