Clean Blocks, Living Walls engages youth, residents, artists, volunteers, and community partners in projects that improve shared spaces and strengthen neighborhood pride across Clarksdale, Coahoma County, and the Mississippi Delta.

Who can participate
Youth ages 11 to 24, families, residents, volunteers, artists, schools, churches, businesses, and local organizations are welcome to participate when activities are open.

For artists and site partners
Artists, property owners, neighborhood groups, and organizations interested in collaborating can contact us to discuss project ideas. Public-art projects require written site permission, artist agreements, community engagement planning, and confirmed funding.

All volunteers must follow event safety instructions. Youth volunteers require parent or guardian consent. Cleanup and public-art sites are selected based on safety, access, permission, and project capacity.
