What to expect after you apply
Roots & Rise Youth Leadership & Safe Futures
(Ages 11 to 17)
Positive youth development through mentorship, life skills, leadership, enrichment, safety education, recreation, and service.
Roots & Rise Career & Digital Pathways
(Ages 16 to 24)
Career exploration, job readiness, digital skills, education planning, certifications, and participant supports that reduce barriers to opportunity.
Sleep & Stability, Youth & Family Essentials
(Children, youth, and families)
Bed assistance, family resources, referrals, and targeted supports that help address immediate barriers affecting safety and progress.
Clean Blocks, Living Walls
(Ages 11 to 24, plus community volunteers)
If approved, our team will coordinate the appropriate support based on program availability.
What to expect after you apply
Opportunity Fund Participant Supports
The Opportunity Fund is a support pool that may help eligible participants overcome barriers to education, training, employment, leadership activities, or family stability. Support can include approved costs such as certification fees, work gear, program supplies, transportation assistance, youth needs, or other documented barriers. Availability depends on funding and program guidelines.
