Learn how Grounded & Divine Foundation reviews and provides community support through fair, mission-driven assistance programs for individuals and families in need.

Client Assistance Policy

Grounded & Divine Foundation provides assistance through charitable programs designed to support stability, growth, and self-sufficiency for individuals and families in need. Our support may include youth program assistance, beds and basic household items, limited emergency support, transportation help, school or program-related supplies, referrals, and other community-based services.

Assistance is offered primarily to individuals and families in Clarksdale, Coahoma County, and surrounding service areas. Priority may be given to youth and young adults, low-income households, single-parent families, families experiencing hardship, elderly residents, and individuals referred by trusted schools, churches, community partners, or service providers.

All requests are reviewed using fair, mission-based criteria. Approval depends on demonstrated need, available resources, program guidelines, and alignment with our charitable purpose. Submitting a request does not guarantee assistance.

Grounded & Divine Foundation does not discriminate in providing assistance. We are committed to serving people with fairness, dignity, and respect.

To protect the integrity of our programs, no officer, director, staff member, or volunteer may approve assistance for themselves or for an immediate family member. Any potential conflict of interest must be disclosed and reviewed by uninvolved decision-makers.

We may request basic information or documentation to better understand need, confirm eligibility, and administer programs responsibly. Information shared with us is handled with care and used only for charitable, administrative, compliance, and reporting purposes.

Whenever possible, assistance is provided in the form of goods, services, referrals, or vendor payments rather than unrestricted cash. The Foundation also reserves the right to set reasonable limits on the type, amount, and frequency of assistance based on funding and program capacity.

For questions about eligibility, current programs, or how to request support, please contact Grounded & Divine Foundation through our website or official organization email.
